About

Dr Ho Weng Yan graduated from National University of Singapore School of Medicine with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. She completed her post graduate training under the Singhealth Obstetrics & Gynaecology Residency programme and was awarded the Best Resident award yearly for her outstanding performance. She obtained her specialist accreditation and was conferred membership with the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK). She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Ho was previously a Consultant in the Department of Gynaecologic Oncology in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She is skilled in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgeries and open surgeries for both benign and cancer conditions. She is a certified colposcopist and a member of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore.

An advocate for education, Dr Ho is active in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training. She was Adjunct Associate Professor for undergraduate medical education, clinical lecturer for Family Medicine Residency and Core Faculty of the O&G Residency training programme. She is a keen patient advocate, and in recognition was awarded the Singhealth quality service Silver award in 2019, Gold award in 2022 and Star award in 2023.
