About
Dr Annette Ang graduated from Graduate Medical School with Masters of Medicine (Otolaryngology), and obtained her MBBS and Masters of Science from National University of Singapore. She graduated with Dean’s List Honors in 1998 from NUS and completed her paediatric ENT fellowship training at New York, Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell College of Medicine in 2009.
Dr Ang has spent the last decade practising as a Senior Consultant Paediatric Otolaryngologist at the nation’s top paediatric hospital. In addition, she completed her ENT specialist training in 2005 and was awarded the gold medal for excellence. Dr Ang was also a Former Associate Program Director for the paediatric module of the Singhealth Otolaryngology Residency Program, and a Core Faculty for the Paediatric ENT module of residency program at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Her professional memberships include Member of the Singapore Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and Executive Committee Member at Singapore Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
She brings with her a wealth of surgical experience in managing children with ear, nose, throat, and airway problems. Conditions managed by her include enlarged tonsils and adenoids, snoring, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, nose bleeds and neck lumps in children. Dr Ang also has a special interest in complex airway management.
