About

Dr Kenneth Oo is an otorhinolaryngologist (ENT surgeon) with subspecialty expertise in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. His clinical interests include rhinoplasty, otoplasty, facial reconstruction following injury or tumour resection, microtia reconstruction, and facial rejuvenation procedures. He also manages thyroid, salivary gland and other head and neck conditions.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 1997 and attained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2002. After completing his Master of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology) in 2005 and six years of specialist training, he was accredited as an ENT specialist in 2009. Dr Oo also holds a Master of Science for his research in tissue engineering.

He completed a clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, under Associate Professor Bernard Lyons, and a one-year HMDP fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Virginia, USA, under Professor Stephen Park.

Dr Oo previously led the Nose Clinic at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he managed patients with nasal allergies and sinusitis, and the Voice Clinic, which provided multidisciplinary care for patients with voice and reflux problems.

He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Dr Oo has published in international peer-reviewed journals including Laryngoscope, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Head and Neck, and has been invited to lecture at regional and international meetings. He continues to serve as faculty for AO-CMF (Craniomaxillofacial) and as Visiting Consultant to Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital, and National University Hospital.
