About

Dr Ravi is a Neurologist practicing at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital and Mount Alvernia Hospital in Singapore.   Apart from general neurology, he has specialist interests in stroke and post stroke neuro-recovery, neurophysiology, neuro-immunology, neuro-muscular, migraine, neuro-degenerative conditions, epilepsy, Parkinsons and movement disorders.

Dr Ravi completed his medical training from Madras Medical College, Chennai, India (MBBS).  In 2013, he later became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) before moving on to pursue his Senior Residency Training in Neurology at Singapore General Hospital (FAMS Neurology).  This was followed by a fellowship at the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS) and the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP, Edinburgh).   Dr Ravi has been working as a Neurology Consultant under the National Neuroscience Institute and has been providing neurology services at Singapore General Hospital and Changi General Hospital.  Apart from clinical work, Dr Ravi has also been actively involved in educating and mentoring medical students and trainee doctors.  He has also published several stroke related and general neurology articles in many well-established journals.  He has also worked as principal investigator in various grant supported research studies.
