About

Dr Tay Ze Yun is an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) surgeon with a subspecialty interest in head and neck surgery. He manages a wide range of ENT conditions, including acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, nasal allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, and tinnitus. He also evaluates and treats neck masses and enlarged lymph nodes, including thyroid and salivary gland growths.

Dr Tay graduated from the National University of Singapore and completed the 2-year SingHealth Duke NUS Head and Neck Centre Fellowship Programme. He received the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) award to pursue an advanced surgical fellowship in head and neck oncology at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and further completed the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies fellowship.

Prior to private practice, Dr Tay served as a consultant in Otorhinolaryngology –Head and Neck Surgery at Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital, where he established the Head and Neck Service. He was also a visiting consultant at the National Cancer Centre Singapore and KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital.

He is a member of the Singapore Medical Association, a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and an active member of the Society of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Singapore and the Asia-Pacific Society of Thyroid Surgery. In addition to clinical work, Dr Tay has been involved in medical education as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
