Terms and Conditions
Please take note of the following for all Maternity Tour bookings:
- Each tour is limited to a maximum of 7 slots only.
- Each slot allows up to 2 participants (expectant mother and an accompanying person).
- Upon successful registration, you will receive an auto-generated SMS and email confirmation.
- Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Viewing of maternity rooms is subject to availability on the day of the tour.
- Release dates and times for tour slots may be subject to change without prior notice.
- We recommend that expectant mothers attend the tour 3-4 months before their estimated delivery date (EDD) to ensure they are comfortable walking and can retain the information shared.
- To allow others an opportunity to secure a tour slot, we kindly request that each expectant mother and her companion limit their participation to one tour.
