Community Outreach

Continuing the work of our founders to serve the community, Mount Alvernia Hospital works closely with partners from the social service sector to reach out to the vulnerable and disadvantaged who have fallen through the cracks of our conventional safety net.

Our Community Outreach team provides healthcare services programmes that are heavily subsidised by the hospital. To make such healthcare services more accessible, programmes are either brought to patients or for those with mobility issues, ferrying services are included.
